At the end of 2025, I had the pleasure of representing Emerson Home Services in acquiring their new headquarters, completing the deal on December 30, 2025. Emerson, a fast-growing roofing services company, needed additional office and parking space to support their expanding marketing team and regular company meetings.

After navigating several challenges—from lender changes to zoning obstacles—I connected with Katie Sentell of Pollock Commercial, a fellow CORFAC International member, about the availability of 1621 Sands Place. Despite strong competition, our collaboration enabled Emerson to secure the property with a competitive offer that stood out from below-market bids.

This transaction not only created a win for my client but also demonstrated the strength of the CORFAC International network, which made it possible to achieve a great outcome for both buyer and seller.
