John began his internship with King Industrial Realty in March 2019. As an Intern at King Industrial Realty, John is currently working on various research projects collecting, verifying, and analyzing building and tenant information for metro Atlanta and incorporating the information into King’s internal database. In addition, he is canvassing local businesses by phone and in person to locate potential real estate leads and will team up with King’s senior agents to generate deals and lasting business relationships.
John recently completed his M.S. in Commercial Real Estate at Georgia State University. He is also a doctoral student pursuing a PhD in World History. John has served as a graduate research assistant for both Robinson College of Business and the Student Innovation Fellowship program. He is currently the lead instructor of a new African – American History course being offered to secondary school students in the local Atlanta area. His previous work history includes Library of Congress, Moreland Spingarn Research Center, and Georgia Military College.
John’s high attention to detail as well as his previous background in servicing leading research and policy institutions will be an asset to King’s industrial real estate team.
John’s personal pursuits include martial arts, travel and writing.
