Ian Hicks joined King Industrial Realty in July 2025 as an Associate. A graduate of the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, he earned a degree in Supply Chain Management, where he developed a strong foundation in logistics, market strategy, and business operations.

Before joining King, Ian gained hands-on experience through internships at Finial Group in Houston and Cecil and Campbell Advisors in Atlanta. These roles gave him exposure to tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and Southeast market dynamics.

At King, Ian is focused on building his portfolio and working alongside senior brokers to provide strategic guidance on industrial sales, leasing, and site selection throughout Metro Atlanta. He brings a strong work ethic and client-first mindset to every project he takes on.

Outside of the office, Ian enjoys traveling, playing golf, and cheering on the Volunteers.
