The annual Sausage Maker Award was started in 2013 by King Partner Wilson Covington as a means to celebrate King Industrial agents who do an excellent job and deserve recognition for their accomplishments.

The Sausage Maker Award is given to the agent who demonstrates the best of what it takes to master the business of commercial real estate.
