Jowell joined King Industrial in the Fall of 2018 and has partnered with several of  King’s top producing agents to develop leads and foster client relationships to build his property listings and deal portfolio in Metro Atlanta.  Jowell’s superior negotiation skills, level of detail, and business leadership skills are an asset to the firm and to his clients.

Prior to joining King, Jowell was an accomplished leader in the landscape and irrigation industry where he owned a conservation-based business focused on water conservation services.
