Nathan Rindsberg joined King Industrial Realty in June 2026 as an Associate after earning his degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. His academic foundation, combined with hands-on internship experience in commercial real estate, property management, and investment analysis, provides a strong platform as he begins his brokerage career.

During his internships, Nathan gained experience in market research, sales and lease comparables, investment underwriting, property operations, and client relations while working alongside industry professionals. His entrepreneurial background as the founder of a successful landscaping and moving business further demonstrates his initiative, leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

At King, Nathan is partnering with seasoned brokerage professionals to develop expertise across Metro Atlanta’s industrial markets while gaining firsthand experience in the firm’s proven brokerage success. His enthusiasm, analytical mindset, and dedication to continuous learning position him to provide valuable support to clients while building lasting relationships throughout the industry.

Outside of the office, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, maintaining an active lifestyle through health and fitness, and cheering on his favorite teams – the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs.
