Avani joined King Industrial Realty in August 2025 as an Associate. Avani has over 16 years in the financial industry in various C-Suite positions and continues as an Independent Financial Consultant in addition to pursuing her industrial real estate career.

She successfully managed budgets, increased sales, and lead strategic plan initiatives that now translate into the ability to advocate for clients. She can approach each deal with a data-driven mindset, aligning real estate strategy with bottom line to help companies maximize profitability and efficiency.

At King, Avani is focused on partnering with senior brokers and guiding businesses through site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions across Metro Atlanta’s industrial market. She is able to leverage King’s proprietary database with 45+ years of local expertise to provide clients actionable insights and opportunities to meet both their operational and financial goals.

When Avani is not helping clients achieve their real estate objectives, she enjoys exploring Atlanta with her husband and two young boys.
