Melissa joined King Industrial Realty in July 2022 as a Bookkeeper and in March 2025 was promoted to Accountant. Originally from Medina, Ohio, Melissa brings 14+ years of valuable accounting experience that serves as a significant backbone to King’s day-to-day accounting department operations and quality control. Melissa is responsible for various tasks, such as invoicing, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, troubleshooting accounting software issues, and providing wiring instructions to various vendors.

Before joining King, Melissa previously worked for a public accounting firm and has handled accounting for profit and non-profit organizations. In addition, Melissa worked with her mother, who is also an accountant as well as a real estate agent.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys travel, yoga, kickboxing, meditation, and spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
