Ryan joined King Industrial Realty in February 2019 as a Sales Associate. As a licensed real estate agent since 2006, Ryan focuses on investment sales, tenant representation, land acquisition, and leasing/selling of industrial properties with an emphasis on the I-75 South Corridor / Henry County and surrounding metro areas. His attention to detail, communication skills, and superior work ethic make him an asset to both the firm and his clients.

Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, Ryan worked as an umpire for Minor League Baseball Umpire Development where he spent 10 years moving up the ranks of professional baseball. Ryan ultimately reached the Triple-A level before retiring following the 2018 baseball season.
